If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging with receipt
- Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items sent incorrectly by Yama Mart
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used art supplies (paints, inks, markers, brushes)
- Cut or customised paper and art paper sheets
- Print services once production has started
- Items damaged through customer misuse
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Return item to our Cairo store or arrange collection
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item
Damaged on Arrival: Photograph immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Print Services Policy
Print services are custom-produced and are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review all details before confirming.
- Customer file errors are not covered by our return policy
- Production errors by Yama Mart: free reprint guaranteed
- Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), Word, JPEG, PNG at minimum 150 DPI
- We reserve the right to refuse printing of inappropriate or illegal content
- Same-day service subject to workload availability
